In collaboration with Wailea Kitchen & Farmacy Health Bar, I co-led the successful launch of their new health food truck in Maui, bringing fresh, organic, plant-forward meals to the community in a mobile format. This was a full-spectrum project where I served as creative director, menu consultant, operations lead, and brand designer.

✹ MY ROLE

I was deeply involved from inception to launch, working alongside one other core collaborator and the business owner. My responsibilities included:

🍽 MENU DEVELOPMENT

  • Created original recipes and dishes in alignment with Farmacy’s health-conscious ethos

  • Balanced new creations with existing brand staples

  • Organized and categorized the full menu in the POS system and app-based ordering platforms

🚚 FOOD TRUCK OPERATIONS

  • Oversaw day-to-day setup and physical launch of the food truck

  • Led operational flow, food cost tracking, and kitchen logistics

  • Contributed to hiring, team setup, and SOP creation

🎨 BRANDING & DESIGN

  • Designed all visual assets including:

    • Digital menu boards

    • TV screen display menus

    • QR code integrations

    • Printed flyers and signage

  • Created the food truck’s Pinterest mood board to guide design language

  • Developed brand-consistent social media assets

📱 DIGITAL PRESENCE

  • Launched and managed the Instagram page for the food truck

  • Designed a fully interactive QR-code menu experience for customer convenience

  • Ensured all visual and written content reflected Farmacy’s island wellness brand
